Last updated August 12, 2026. This draft describes the intended PepWater data practices and must be reviewed before launch.
Information we collect
The product availability form sends your email address and selected pack to our email-list provider. This local prototype does not transmit or retain checkout or support entries. It stores cart contents and welcome-offer preferences in your browser so those choices can persist between visits.
Analytics
PepWater plans to use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and performance. Analytics remains disabled until a valid measurement ID is installed. The final policy will describe any cookies or identifiers used.
How information is used
Information may be used to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. PepWater will not sell personal information.
Service providers
Commerce hosting, payment processing, shipping, analytics, and support providers may process information only as needed to perform their services. Final providers are not yet selected.
Retention and choices
Retention periods, access requests, deletion requests, and regional privacy rights will be finalized with the production commerce stack and legal review.
